How do we get a store setup for our school?

My school or organization is really small, will you still work with me?
Even if your school is small, people still want to purchase spiritwear to show their pride! You can promote school pride by providing custom product with your name/logo on it.

 

We don't have a logo or mascot for our school, can you help us with that?
Absolutely! We have a talented team of graphic designers and illustrators that would love to put together a new logo or mascot for you! Send us a note through our contact form or email us at help@kenoshaspiritwear.com.

When will my order be shipped?

If you are ordering with a bulk order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks after the ordering window closes for your order to be produced and shipped. Please not that high-order volume periods (back-to-school, holidays, etc.) can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process. The order will be sent directly to your team coordinator. If you placed an individual order, we begin processing your order immediately. Our goal is to have the order shipped within 7-10 business days from the time of order. Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process. If there is an out of stock or back-ordered item, we will notify you ASAP with all details in case you need to make a change to your order.

 

What size should I buy?

What forms of payment are accepted?
Kenosha Spiritwear accepts Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, Paypal, Shopify Pay, and Visa. If you need to use a Purchase Order (PO), please send an email to help@kenoshaspiritwear.com.

 

When is my credit card charged?
All products are custom produced, so Kenosha Spiritwear charges your credit card when the order is placed. 

 

Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Wisconsin.
